Ripper Υ62

The EVAK Υ62 Ripper is ideal for the deep soil cultivation up to a depth of 50cm. The anchors are arranged in three rows so big distance of 900mm is achieved between the anchors and 300mm inter row distance. Therefore the soil is processed uniformly overall the whole width.
It works deeper, faster and with lower demand of tractor power and fuel, comparing to conventional tillage. The soil is crushed and loosened deeper than the compacted level created by the plough. Thus water and air circulates lower at the ground, allowing the roots of the plant to grow more sufficient, resulting in higher yields. The shape of the anchor provides easy soil penetration while its special profile, which is sharp where it is in contact with the ground and wider backwards, cuts through the soil easily, resulting in less fuel consumption. The clearance of the frame to the ground and the big distance between anchors allows the flow of large amount of residues without blocking. The toothed roller offers an excellent crumbling effect, while it mixes compacts and levels the soil surface avoiding moisture evaporation. The frame is extremely durable and robust made of heavy type steel. The anchors and the clamps are made of high strength cast steel. They are designed and produced exclusively for EVAK. They are provided with life – time guarantee against breaking or bending.
