Description

EVAK Spartacus is a combined disc and tine cultivator, ideal for the minimum tillage method, which allows the preparation of the field in one pass, consuming less time and fuel. It performs 4 operations, cutting the top soil and crop residues, mixing and loosening at a depth up to 30cm, levelling and reconsolidating using the leveler discs and roller. In this way large amounts of residues like maize can be processed. The hydraulically non-stop protection of the tines apply a force of 700kg that maintains the correct working depth in all conditions, contributing to an even crop growth. All adjustments of the discs, levelers and roller are performed hydraulically from the tractor’s cabin to save time and increase the work output.

The double row of 560mm diameter discs ensures a homogeneous stubble cultivation that cuts the residues and the root system. The high clearance from the ground and the inter row distance between the discs, guarantees the incorporation of large amount of residues.
Sp2
With 30cm spacing, the tines intensively mix and loosen the soil to 30cm depth. The hydraulically non-stop protection maintains the same depth on rocky or very heavy soils.
Sp3
The leveling discs eliminate the ridges produced by the tines and they can cover organic matter into the soil accelerating decomposition. They create a flat surface free of crop rests for the roller to follow efficiently.
Sp4
The disc packer roller compacts the soil surface for deep consolidation. The scrapers ensure good performance even at wet soil. It offers great crumbling and packing quality thus the humidity is retained on the ground.
